A big thank-you to both Angela and Pat who answered all my queries from day one without delay, from the time of the first phone call for the quote, thru to the  building faze and after sales assistance, who both operate with the utmost professionalism where nothing was an issue when hand building a speciality oven, it was great to work with people who know their product  so well and can give you the right advice and real time frames.

You can certainly tell this company is run by a family passionate about the product they sell.  We researched all available wood fire oven products and Polito's was the most impressive by far.   Your customer service was above and beyond.  I can't remember life without the wood fire oven nor do I want to.  The joy we have experienced from cooking with fire has been amazing.  It's a whole new way of cooking and tasting food.  The wood fire oven is a real centre piece of our backyard that creates a warm atmosphere when guests are over.
