The importance of the Refractory Dome and the Refractory Cooking floor is to ensure  high performance and authentic flavours in your cooking experience.

The Garden oven has gone through r &d and taken up a serious amount of hours working on the best design to simplify a user friendly cooking appliance.

The oven is built on a 2mm stainless steel base laser cut and folded including a removable stainless steel door.’

The rendered textured coating is rustic and hard wearing to ensure longevity.

A choice of colours to choose from and you can repaint for future maintenance.

Internal Dome Wall: Maximum 550°C

Cooking Floor: Maximum 450°C

External Oven Heat: Approximately 50°C to 100°C

 

Operation

Curing Stage: 100°C for 6 hours (use supplied analogue gauge).

Starting firewood centrally, burning for 2 hours, moving to the side for 2 hours, and returning to the center for 2 hours.

 

Cooking Capacity

2 x 12” large pizzas simultaneously

3 x 10” cooking pans simultaneously

5 – 6 kg of bread loaves

 

Cooking Temperatures

Pizza: Ideal cooking floor temperature approximately 380°C; add small firewood for a decent flame.

Whole Chicken (butterflied): Ideal temperature approximately 250°C; maintain with a small flame.

100% manufactured in Melbourne with Australian raw materials.

Dome and floor cast from Australian refractory materials.

Dome contains 42% Alumina; floor alumina content over 38%.

High-density floor insulation board.

Hand-shaped exterior coating with insulating properties.

Laser-cut 2mm stainless steel base and folded mantle.

Packaging & Installation

Pickup: Oven strapped to a pallet, approximately 180 kg.

Freight Delivery: Secured in a timber crate.

Outdoor installation recommended.

Position oven opening towards the sun for better visibility while cooking.

Consider wind direction to avoid smoke interference.

Ensure stable ground for safe installation.

Compatible with Polito metal stands (Hexa 1000 mm, Tower 1000 mm, Mesh Stand 1050 mm); optional wheels/castors.

Option for feet when placing on a bench (raises base by approximately 25 mm; ensure bench is non-combustible).

Use appropriate equipment for lifting and transport.

Recommendations: Position the oven opening towards sunlight for better visibility during cooking and consider wind direction to manage smoke.
